How to Select a Cooling Agent: 5 Questions to Ask Your Supplier

Purity, sensory curve, documentation, heat stability and supply reliability – the five questions that separate a cooling-agent partner from a commodity vendor.
Buying a cooling agent is easy; buying the right one takes five questions.
1. What is the purity – and can you prove it? Insist on HPLC/GC-verified assay with a batch-specific COA, not just a spec sheet. 2. What does the cooling curve look like? Onset, peak and duration determine fit; a supplier should describe them, not just quote ‘strong cooling’. 3. Is it stable in my process? If you bake, extrude or hot-fill, only low-volatility grades like WS-10/WS-12 survive. 4. What documentation comes with shipment? COA, TDS, MSDS at minimum; export and composition statements if you import. 5. Can I sample first? A confident supplier ships 1 kg samples with COA the same week.
Baisifu answers yes to all five – and adds application-specific dosage guidance so your first trial is close to your last.
