Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We ship 1 kg samples with a batch COA, typically within the same week. Samples let your R&D team verify cooling curve, odor and dosage in your own application before committing.
What is your MOQ?
For most WS grades the practical minimum is one 1 kg foil bag for trials and one 25 kg fiber drum for commercial orders. Custom premixes have volume-dependent minimums – ask us.
How fast is delivery?
Standard grades are normally in stock and ship within 3-7 working days after order confirmation. Larger volumes and custom blends follow a confirmed production schedule.
Which documents do you provide?
Every shipment includes a batch COA. TDS and MSDS are available for all grades, and we prepare export, allergen and composition documentation on request.
Which WS grade should I choose?
As a rule of thumb: WS-3 for clean all-round mouth cooling, WS-5 for long-lasting impact, WS-23/WS-27 for fast burst, WS-12 for maximum intensity and heat processing, WS-10 as a heat-stable liquid, WS-7/WS-1 for gentle skin-friendly cooling. Send us your application and target sensation – we will recommend grade, dosage and blend.
What dosage should I start with?
Typical starting ranges: WS-3 at 30-100 mg/kg in food, WS-10 at ~10 mg/kg in beverages and higher in gum or toothpaste, WS-7 at 0.02-0.08%. Exact levels depend on the matrix – our team provides application-specific guidance with every recommendation.
Do you offer custom cooling blends?
Yes. We formulate OEM premixes combining burst grades (WS-23/WS-27) with long-acting grades (WS-5/WS-10) and mint-derived ingredients to hit a precise cooling curve and dosage in your product.
How do you ship, and how is it packed?
Goods are packed in 1 kg aluminium-foil bags or 25 kg fiber drums with custom packing available. We ship worldwide by sea and air with full export documentation; WS-series cooling agents are non-restricted cargo.
