Product Overview
WS-3 is a menthol derivative – and unlike menthol, it is virtually non-volatile, odorless and tasteless. It delivers an immediate, clean cooling impact concentrated on the roof of the mouth, the back of the mouth and the back of the tongue, with none of the burning, stinging or bitterness of peppermint. Cooling lasts 15-30 minutes. WS-3 is the most widely used cooling agent on the market and the default choice for confectionery, beverages, oral care and e-liquids.

Usage & Handling
Pre-dissolve in ethanol or propylene glycol, then add to the water phase; or dissolve into the flavor system first, then dose into your product. Blending with dementholized peppermint oil significantly boosts the fragrance signature.
