Most cooling agents break down when the heat turns up. Cooling Agent WS-10 does the opposite. This colorless, low-viscosity liquid keeps working through continuous 200°C processing, so bakeries, hot-fill beverage lines and cooked confectionery can add a real cool note without losing it in the oven.
